I guess the principal difference is that one doesn’t have to put any efforts into accumulating Nimses, while earning money in an employment scenario requires “putting in the time.” Nimses accrue whether one uses the app or not.

Just to be clear, I’m not affiliated with this startup and am in no position to defend their business model. What I found fascinating is that the premise on which the app is built challenges the term “business model” itself, money, work, etc.
